HM 8507 Pressure Sensitive for Book Spines, and General Purpose A low viscosity, unique pressure-sensitive hot melt specifically formulated for bonding vinyls, polypropylene and other plastics to particle board, plywood, fiberboard and other cellulosic materials. HM 8507 also has good adhesion to metals and other difficult surfaces. It has aggressive hot tack and remains pressure-sensitive for an extended period of time under normal temperature conditions. |

HM 8511 Clear Pressure Sensitive Hot Melt Medium setting hot melt for operations where a clear product is required. It exhibits excellent bonds on a wide variety of substrates. It has a low viscosity for good machining on all standard hot melt application equipment. HM-8511 exhibits excellent tack, and will hold label material together during shipping and handling and will tear fiber at cold temperatures. |

HM 8513 High Tack and High Sheer Resistant Hot Melt This product was created with a medium high viscosity for applications where immediate high strength tack is desired. This product also lowers chances of sheering. |

HM 8517 Permanent Pressure Sensitive Adhesive Unique all-in-one pressure-sensitive hot melt specifically formulated for bonding vinyls, polypropylene and other plastics. Very light in color (yellow). Also has good adhesion to metals and other difficult surfaces. It has aggressive hot tack and remains pressure-sensitive for a long period of time under normal temperature conditions. This is reduced when held at cold temperatures (45° F and below). Dust and Moisture also reduce the pressure-sensitivity. |

HM 8519 Floor Tile, High Heat, Plasticizer Migration Resistant Formulated specifically for the self-adhesive floor tile manufacturer. Created to resist plasticizer migration and still provide a very aggressive final adhesion. Also exhibits excellent high heat resistance. Color is amber. |

HM 8520 Permanent Pressure Sensitive Adhesive This product is an improved cold resistant version of HM 8537. Unique all-in-one pressure-sensitive hot melt specifically formulated for bonding vinyls, polypropylene and other plastics. It also has good adhesion to metals and other difficult surfaces. It has aggressive hot tack and remains pressure-sensitive for a long period of time under normal temperature conditions. Pressure-sensitivity of the adhesive film is reduced when held at cold temperatures (35 ºF. or below). |

HM 8521 Semi Permanent Pressure Sensitive This product was created for applications that demand a higher viscosity, clarity or a very light color, reduced odor, easier machinability, and improved clean up over typical pressure senstives. |

HM 8522 Secure Envelope Adhesive A low viscosity hot melt pressure sensitive formulated particularly for “peel and stick” applications and other general purpose operations. It exhibits excellent bonds on a wide variety of substrates and was created for secure document seals to give a “destruct bond.” It has excellent heat stability and low viscosity for good machining on all standard hot melt application equipment. HM 8522 is especially adept at spray and swirl applications. |

Created to be a lower viscosity version of HM 8537. A side effect is reduced heat resistance. |

HM 8534 Pressure Sensitive Value oriented full pressure sensitive that will adhere a wide variety of substrates. Has a low viscosity for multiple types of applications. Excellent tack at ambient temperatures. Reduced cold and heat resistance compared to other PSA choices. |

HM 8535 Pressure Sensitive for PET Labels Unique all-in-one pressure-sensitive hot melt specifically formulated for bonding vinyls, polypropylene and other plastics. Created for labeling applications that demand a very forgiving product. Extremely low viscosity. For great machining capabilities. Excellent adhesion at cold temperatures. When used for PET labeling, it should run between 290° and 325°F. Excellent product for palletizing. |

HM 8544 Hot Melt Pressure Sensitive A high viscosity hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive designed to bond a variety of substrates. HM 8544 has aggressive tack, excellent heat resistance, and shear properties. Optimum application temperature for HM 8544 is 350º F. |

Very aggressive hot tack and excellent stability (100 hours @ 350°F with no skin, very slight viscosity change and little change in color). Excellent for hot melt spray equipment. |

It is a broad temperature PSA and also exhibits outstanding cold resistance. It exhibits excellent adhesion to a multitude of substrates, particularly difficult surfaces. It has very aggressive hot tack. Optimum operating temperature for HM 8575 is 350ºF. Excellent product for hot melt spray equipment. Formulated to improve the cold resistance of HM 8545. |
